Teagan's puppy had to have a little surgery to repair a torn rectum. She was quite concerned until asked to assist me by checking puppy's vital signs. Poor puppy was given several needles and beaten with a reflex hammer. The surgery however was a complete success and puppy is now back on bed rest.
Teagan was on the run putting everything she owned by the front door. Why? I'm still not sure. I stopped her when she tried to move her kitchen center.
We went to the zoo this morning. Teagan had to stop to see her beloved hippos first. I think we have more than gotten our money's worth out of our zoo pass.
Another of Teagan's favorites is the African Wild Dogs. They are usually sleeping in the sun but one was making his rounds.
We went to the butterfly house today. We haven't been their since Teagan was a baby. She wanted to catch the butterflies. When I told her no touching she was out the door and on her way somewhere more interesting.
What a treat they were giving two elephants a bath. One got into the pool quite easily and had a great time rolling around and splashing. The other elephant was not getting in no way no how. She did venture in and reach with her truck to try and get a treat but that was as far as she would go. Teagan suggested all the elephnat needed was some tubby toys to play with.
Teagan tried to give this elephant some of her milk. A boy came over (about 6 years old) to inform her that this elephant was not real and the big elephant outside didn't even like milk. Teagan gave him a look as if to say "whatever!!"
Teagan was sure that she could catch a falling leaf so she stood under the tree waiting for one to fall into her hand.
My little climber is bound and determined to climb any and everything she can.
