Family Zoo Day

We had a surprise today when Vaun came home from work early and decided to join us on our trip to the zoo. The zoo was quite busy as it was a very nice day. We made it to almost every part of the zoo.



Vaun had to hold Teagan up to get a better view of the stingrays.


The owls were easy to spot today.


The porcupine was even posing for pictures.


This little guy is called a coati and is related to the raccoon.


The Fallow Deer were jumping around trying to kick the mud off their feet.


The grey wolf was on the prowl.


This white bison is not an albino but a rare bison that's hair doesn't have any pigmentation. His name is Blizzard.



Teagan's favourite part was feeding the ducks.
