Vaun is always showing off his yummy Sunday suppers so now it is my turn.
I got a recipe for Coconut Rice from a friend's sister and was dying to try it out. What goes with coconut rice?? I googled that very question and came up with Chicken Satay. Vaun, Teagan and I loved it. I think it will be a regular on the family meal calendar from now on and it was quite simple to do. If you want the recipe just ask!!
