Canada Day Parade

We picked Teagan's best friend Alyssa up this morning to go to the Airdrie Canada Day Parade. The girls had lots of fun trying to pass the time before the parade started. They found a dog to pet, snacks to eat and then they enjoyed running out into the street to see if the parade was coming. They kept saying it was coming when it really wasn't and trying to fool everyone.




The girls enjoyed the horses most of all. Once they caught on to the fact that people were throwing out candy they would sit or stand with their hands out. It worked sometimes and people would throw candy their way or even place it in their hands. The girls were delighted with the bagful of candy they collected.
