Karate Class

Teagan is in a Karate / Gymnastics class at the Little Gym in Airdrie. She sure loves it and it is very active. This week was parent involvement week. The brought out the air track. The kids lay on it while it inflated and again at the end they got to help push the air bubbles out. Parents got to bounce too! Teagan is really good at forward rolls. Teagan and I both got headaches plus the ground felt bouncy for me for a while after I got off. I think Teagan's favourite thing is bouncing as she can spend hours on the trampoline at the day home.
