Rotary Challenger Park

We met the Babineau's at Rotary Challenger Park for a morning of play time and a picnic. This was our first trip to this park and it was quite neat to see a park built for kids of all abilities. The park was wheelchair accessible and created for kids who are blind. Throughout our visit we saw several kids with developmental issues and other challenges enjoying the park like every other kid.

There were several picnic tables for us to choose from to have our lunch.

The slide was made of rollers so that it took no effort to slide down and it came to a gentle stop at the bottom.

Aiden, Cohen and Teagan had fun in this boat that took a little mommy power to rock back and forth.

Teagan enjoyed the swing chair pictured in the background here. It reminded me of her baby swing that she spent many hours in.

There were some tears when it was time to go home as the kids were having too much fun. The threes hours of play time wore the kids out. Teagan had nothing left to go for a bike ride with Daddy and she crashed hard at bedtime. A very fun day!!
