Busy Week

We had a very busy week. I golfed on Wednesday and Teagan went to the day home. Then Thursday we went to the pool. Teagan didn't want to leave but she was shivering so bad I just had to take her out. Friday we stayed home and Teagan rode around on her bike. I took her to the day home for a few hours in the afternoon. Lucky girl she was as they went to the water park. She had so much fun. We are sure she is going to be an olympic swimmer when she grows up, she just loves water from the hose to the tub and back to the pool. She definitely is our "baby fish". On Saturday we went to the wine market where Teagan enjoyed running up and down the aisles. She barely stopped to notice the wine bottles thank goodness. She just thought it was one big find daddy maze. Then we went to the Farmer's Market. We bought fresh BC blueberries, raisins and kettle corn. Teagan had to have the kettle corn on the way back to the car. We may have to go back next week a little earlier in the day as it was very crowded when we were there in the afternoon. Teagan has learned some new things this week like opening the closet doors, turning on light switches, how to do hand stands, the sign for please (she has modified it to her own specifications), how to get up on the footstool, the lawn chairs, and her pony Tornado. She is a climber that is for sure. This is the last week of summer holidays so we are planning to get in that last bit of summer fun before work. Teagan will be going to the day home for a little bit every day this week. On Tuesday Teagan's birthmother Dawn is moving back to Alberta and we will pick her up at the airport for a visit. She will be living in Calgary now so we expect to see her a little more often. She hasn't see Teagan for a year, just pictures, boy is she is for a surprise. Stay tuned for the tale of the pink ghost.
