Week in Review

We had another busy week. Swimming, golfing, gardening, playing, and shopping. Teagan spent two days at the day home. She went her usual Wednesday and for most of Friday too. Mahwash was concerned about her adjusting to her so she thought I should bring her two days a week instead of one. Teagan was much happier the second day. It doesn't take long for her to adjust. Teagan has a whole new vocabulary we like to call "juicy speak". She talks very seriously looking you directly in the eye with her soother in her mouth. It sounds very juicy and completely indecipherable. She is starting to talk more with real words too. This week she said "no tubby", "cookie" and "banana" all unprompted. I know she is going to be a real chatterbox when she gets going. Her new thing this week is walking backwards. She practices quite often and laughs the whole time. She has also learned some new stretches that daddy teaches some of his clients. We made a new friend at the park who taught Teagan how to go down the twisty slide all by herself, feet first on her tummy. Teagan thought is was great fun and had to do it about five more times. It has been another week of teething. Teagan wants everything and nothing all at the same time. She eats very little most days but when she likes something and is hungry watch out. That is a giant mushroom she's eating. We have a quiet weekend planned but you know that could all change. Enjoy!!
