Fifth Birthday Party

We had Teagan's birthday party today. We decided to have it at home after we spent a few hours as emergent care last night. Teagan was fine after a chest x-ray and five shots of Ventolin. She is now on antibiotics and Ventolin every four hours. We have to get her a family doctor who can investigate her respiratory problems.
The weather was gorgeous!! We spent most of the party outside. Vaun barbecued hot-dogs and burgers, and we had fresh veggies and fruit. It was a casual party with the grown-ups visiting and the kids playing. The shift to home from the park was a lot less work for us and a little calmer for Teagan.

The official cake!! Turned out okay. Not the way I envisioned but I guess it look okay.

Craft time!! The kids decorated sand buckets with foam stickers. We had letter stickers so each child could put their name on their bucket.

Cake time!!!

Teagan with her Uncle Shawn. We are so glad that Uncle Shawn was able to come to her birthday.

Emerson and Alyssa gave Teagan a Cinderella doll and some craft kits.

Aiden and Cohen gave Teagan a Barbie with three little puppies. The puppies are potty training and they really pee!!

Jessi and Sam made Teagan some beautiful cards and a clay art kit.

Ashley gave Teagan a Daisy Doodle and a book.

Uncle Shawn's gift was a big hit. It was an obstacle course just like Sportball!!! Teagan had to play with that gift right away.

Meghan and Teagan.

Teagan made herself into a present with the ribbons and bows from her gifts.
